The Rewards: As the successful Investment Manager you will receive:Salary up to £40,000Hybrid WorkingPensionDirect interaction with senior leadershipOther competitive benefits The Role: As the successful Investment Manager you will be responsible for:Managing the day-to-day operation of a portfolio of EIS and SEIS fundsOverseeing investor onboarding, including KYC/AML checks and investor categorisationDrafting and reviewing Information Memoranda and other investor documentation Supporting compliance monitoring and record-keeping in line with FCA requirements, including COBS and AIFM rulesLiaising with fund managers and Appointed Representatives on deal flow, reporting and investor queries The Person: As the successful Investment Manager you meet the following criteria:Experience in EIS/SEIS investment management, venture investing, or patient capitalStrong understanding of FCA regulations and the AIFM frameworkIMC qualification (or equivalent) preferredExcellent written communication skills and experience producing investor ..... full job details .....
