Resourcer Sourcing candidates Making contact with new and interested candidates Pre-Screening Applicants Management and completion of candidate administration Ensure that applicants are registered and selected in accordance with Company procedure and the hiring client''s requirements Providing an excellent customer service experience for all contacting Bright Selection Answering inbound and making outbound telephone and teams calls Client mapping and research Liaising and working with consultants on research for new assignments Support on social media campaigns and company events Skills and Experience Needed: Strong communication skills, liaising with workforce and management Excellent organisational and time management skills Good attention to detail Previous relevant experience or previous admin experience Flexibility in hours to support business requirements and attend meetings / training if required Experience in working with AI Our ideal candidate as a Resourcer will have The ability to work under own initiative Excellent attention to detail skills Good Customer Service skills Strong organisational ability High level of computer literacy A Team approach Excellent communication skills Flexible nature
