Competency in AutoCAD and ideally experience with REVIT are required.Engaging in projects across sectors including Education, Science and Research, Healthcare, Leisure, Residential, Commercial, Defence, and high-end mixed-use developments.Leading the development of initial strategic concepts to ensure solutions meet the brief and regulatory standards.Ensuring solid technical delivery either independently or as part of a team.Innovating and researching new ways of working to stay ahead of competitors.What We Are Looking For:A relevant degree or equivalent in building services engineering.Experience with recognised design software such as REVIT and exposure to MagiCAD is preferred.Excellent communication skills adaptable to external parties, clients, and team members.Ability to understand project needs and manage full delivery.Recognised qualifications in electrical services design; working towards Chartered Status or interested in doing so is desirable.2 to 4 years of experience.People management experience is a plus.Flexibility for regular collaboration, travel, and inter-office work.Benefits:Salary up to £47,000 + benefits.Excellent career progression opportunities.26 days holiday, increasing to 31 days with loyalty days, plus bank holidays.Hybrid working arrangements.Strong training and development culture.Mentoring from industry experts.Opportunities for client interaction and involvement in business development and marketing.Fast-tracked career progression for suitable candidates.Apply now
