Are you a Group HandS Manager, Head of HandS or an experienced HSE Manager with multi site responsibility? We are currently working with a well renowned, multi-site food manufacturer who are looking for a Group HandS Manager to join the UK operation. The role does have multi-site responsibility, spanning across the Midlands and Yorkshire. Key responsibilities of the role will include driving best practices across all sites, working with Site Leadership across multi-site and also international group reporting lines, developing personal development plans, weekly and monthly HandS reporting, including accident reporting, investigations, risk assessments and identifying areas of improvement. To be successful in the role you will need to be a hands on problem solver, a true change agent with a focus on CI and driving the HSE agenda, strong communicator with the ability to do so with all internal and external stakeholders. Ideally you will have +5 years'' experience at Group or Head of HandS positions, especially within a food manufacturing environment.
