You will play a pivotal role in establishing a Current Process Map Repository (in line with the wider Enterprise Process Mapping repository), coordinating process/value stream mapping reviews and managing the implementation of the optimisation efforts to drive increased efficiencies and improve customer satisfaction. You will collaborate close with the IAM Teams (Operations, Product, Engineering, Governance) as well as coordinate efforts with external consultancies, the central Business Architecture team and other Transformation Programmes. This role requires an experienced transformation professional with excellent communication skills, workshop experience, Lean/Six Sigma or equivalent experience, BPMN 2.0 knowledge and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities:Process Mapping and Analysis: Creation of As-Is and Target State process maps following BPMN 2.0 standards.
