This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys understanding how products work, diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs. Working within a modern workshop environment, you''ll inspect, service and repair returned products, helping to ensure they meet high quality standards before being returned to customers. Main duties as a Product Repair Technician: - Inspect, diagnose and repair returned products. - Carry out servicing and preventative maintenance work. - Identify faults and implement effective repair solutions. - Complete repair documentation and technical reports accurately. - Maintain photographic records of repairs and completed work. - Process returned products and update internal records. - Support stock control, inventory checks and workshop housekeeping. Skills, Experience and Background Required: - Confident using hand tools and carrying out practical repair work. - Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities. - Experience in a technical, mechanical, assembly, manufacturing or repair environment is advantageous. - Keen interest in mechanics, DIY, vehicle maintenance, bicycles or hands-on projects. - Good attention to detail and ..... full job details .....
