Quantity SurveyorWe have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an established regional main contractor based in Bristol. The business unit has been established in the region for the last 6 years, growing in presence and undertaking projects across a range of sectors including education, healthcare, social housing and commercial valuing up to 15mil. As a result of continued growth in the region, they''re now looking to expand the commercial team with an additional Quantity Surveyor. About the role of Quantity Surveyor: As Quantity Surveyor, you will be working with a Senior Quantity Surveyor on an upcoming 15mil project in the centre of Bristol. You will be working on the project from early procurement. Key Responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor: Work alongside pre-construction team on any 2-stage tendersProcurement / management of sub-contractor packagesDeal with final accounts Contribute to CVRsLiaise with the clients teams Key Requirements for this Quantity Surveyor role: Hold a BSc Quantity Surveying or HNCHave experience managing projects from pre-construction through to final account Be proficient in administering various forms of contract including JCT and NECMust live in a commutable location to Bristol Must have the full right to work in the UK Whats on offer for this Quantity Surveyor role: Competitive salary Car allowance / company car Steady pipeline of work Excellent progression opportunities within a growing business This is a fantastic ..... full job details .....
