This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a greenfield programme transforming how researchers and organisations discover, access and use complex health data securely, ultimately supporting innovation and improved patient outcomes. Working within a multidisciplinary technology team, you will help ensure user research informs product strategy, service design and the development of intuitive, accessible digital services. The role covers the full product lifecycle, from early-stage discovery and exploratory research through to usability testing and continuous improvement. Role and Responsibilities Plan and conduct user research across the digital product lifecycle, from discovery through to delivery. Lead exploratory research to understand user needs, behaviours and challenges. Design and deliver usability testing across digital products, prototypes and user journeys. Apply qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to gather meaningful insights. Collaborate with Product Managers, Service Designers, UX/UI Designers and Engineering teams.
