This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment within a supportive and progressive company.Key Responsibilities:Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and respond to equipment breakdowns.Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance across the plant.Work proactively to reduce equipment failures and contribute to cost-reduction initiatives.Support continuous improvement projects across the site to drive efficiency and reliability.Candidate Profile:Proven experience in a food manufacturing or similar FMCG environment (highly desirable).Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline.A team player with strong fault-finding skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
