This role is ideal for individuals with a legal background in Lending/Property, looking to contribute to a dynamic team.Day-to-day of the role:Prepare correspondence and documents, possibly from digital dictation, and manage filing systems including the opening, closing, storage, and retrieval of client files.Administer daily filing and handle mail and enclosures for dispatch.Arrange copying, meetings, and maintain up-to-date diaries for fee earners.Prepare conference rooms for meetings, providing refreshments and clearing the room post-meeting.Attend to clients and agents in person and via telephone in a professional manner, updating and chasing for information as needed.Assist with completion statements, post-exchange, and pre-completion formalities.Handle online form submissions including SDLT forms and submit Land Registry forms.Obtain information from local authorities and manage registration and post-completion formalities.Engage in marketing and other non-core activities to support the department''s broader goals.Required Skills and Qualifications:Legal background with experience in Lending/Property.Proficient IT skills in relevant software packages.High accuracy levels and good work production matching fee earners'' pace.Excellent ..... full job details .....
