Our client, a leading player in the Human Resources sector, is currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team. This is a permanent opportunity to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to strategic HR initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectivesProviding expert advice on HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and talent developmentLeading and managing HR projects to improve business performance and employee engagementAnalysing HR metrics to inform decision-making and strategy developmentHandling complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processesDeveloping and implementing HR policies and proceduresEnsuring compliance with employment laws and regulationsWorking collaboratively with the wider HR team to drive initiatives and projectsJob Requirements:Experience in a HR Business Partner role or similar positionStrong knowledge of HR best practices and employment lawExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilitiesAbility to analyse complex data and translate it into actionable insightsBachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldCIPD qualification or equivalent (preferred)Benefits:Competitive salaryOpportunity to make a
