This is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern manufacturing environment with ongoing investment in people, technology and quality standards.Your New RoleAs Quality Inspector, you will play a key role in ensuring products meet strict quality and customer requirements. Working closely with production and engineering teams, you will be responsible for inspecting precision-machined components throughout the manufacturing process.Key duties will include:Carrying out first-off, in-process and final inspections.Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.Using a variety of precision measuring equipment including micrometers, verniers, bore gauges and height gauges.Identifying and documenting non-conforming products.Maintaining quality records and traceability documentation.Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the quality function.Operating CMM equipment and PC-DMIS software where required (training can be provided).What You''ll Need to SucceedPrevious experience in a Quality Inspector or Quality Technician role.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.Experience working to tight tolerances within a manufacturing or precision engineering environment.Competent in the use of manual inspection equipment.Strong attention to detail and ..... full job details .....
