In this role you will focus on purchase ledger duties including supplier statement reconciliations, maintaining accurate records, supporting VAT processes, and working closely with the Finance Director and wider team to keep everything running smoothly.

This role would suit a Purchase Ledger Clerk / Accounts Payable Assistant with strong attention to detail, good time management, and experience managing purchase ledger processes, looking for stability, consistent hours, and a company where people stay long term.

The Role:

• Purchase ledger / accounts payable duties within a small, close-knit finance team
• Supplier statement reconciliations and maintaining accurate records
• Supporting VAT processes
• Office-based role in Nottingham
