You will be responsible for providing advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair and refurbishment. Carry out building and measured surveysEnsure buildings conform to the latest building regulations and technical standardsTake particulars on site, write up specifications, obtain estimates, plan maintenance programmes and administer contracts for maintenance workAnalyse and report on building defectsHandle claims and negotiations with loss adjusters leading to the preparation of drawings and specifications for remedial workPrepare schedules of dilapidations (land and buildings)Qualifications and experience
