This role will suit someone with a strong background in groundworks who is confident managing site operations, subcontractors, and programme delivery. Key responsibilities Day to day management of groundworks activities on site Supervising groundworkers and subcontractors Overseeing drainage and general groundwork packages Ensuring health and safety standards are met at all times Liaising with senior management, engineers, and the client Maintaining site records and progress reporting Requirements Proven experience managing groundworks projects Strong knowledge of drainage and general groundworks Valid CSCS Card SMSTS Good organisational and communication skills Location Angmering and surrounding area This is an ongoing role on a large project with consistent work available.
