This role would suit a Solicitor or Legal Executive who is able to handle a varied caseload whilst delivering quality client care. Main Duties To provide thorough advice on a wide range of litigated matters, including professional negligence, debt recovery, commercial property, contentious matters, contracts, leases and disputes.Evaluate the merits of a claim, provide legal advice on the position and resolve the dispute until completion.Provide a profitable contribution by meeting individual and team performance targets. • Delivering a high standard of client care.Networking and participation in the company''s marketing activities to raise the profile of the department/firm. This list is not exhaustive, and you will be expected to perform other duties and responsibilities that fall within the wider remit of the role.
