Residential Support Worker

Full-time: 40 hours | Part-time: 20 hours per week | Bank staff: Flexible hours

We are recruiting caring and committed Residential Support Workers to provide safe, nurturing and therapeutic care to children and young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs.

Key Requirements:

• Experience working with children in a residential childcare setting.
• Understanding of safeguarding, trauma-informed care and behaviour management.
• Ability to support children with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and bank holidays.

Training: Willingness to complete mandatory training and relevant qualifications.

Employment Checks: Enhanced DBS (children's barred list), satisfactory references, verified qualifications, right-to-work checks and full employment history.
