The Role
As a Graduate Academic Coach, you will work closely with teachers to identify and support pupils who would benefit from extra academic input. You’ll lead small group sessions, deliver one-to-one interventions, and help to reinforce key concepts in core subjects. This role plays a vital part in helping children to close learning gaps and build confidence.
The Candidate
This opportunity is ideal for a graduate considering a future in teaching or educational psychology. You should have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a real passion for supporting children’s progress.
