You''ll lead research and evidence activities, translate complex findings into practical insights and help embed learning across the organisation. Working across teams, you''ll strengthen impact measurement, support evidence-based decision-making and ensure producer voices remain central to Fairtrade Foundation''s work and storytelling. About you You''ll have experience in applied research, monitoring and evaluation, or evidence generation, with strong analytical and communication skills.
