An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to take the lead of a growing Commercial Property team in the West Midlands. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role offering the opportunity to manage and develop a team, build strong client relationships and play a key role in the continued growth of the department. Alongside managing your own varied caseload, you will have genuine influence over the direction of the team, with strong exposure to the Board and a clear opportunity for progression towards Partnership for the right candidate. The Role You will handle a broad range of commercial property matters while taking responsibility for the day-to-day management and development of the department.
