Attend weekly support meetings with Data Management, Pricing, Payments, Integrated Data Services, Business Support Team, and other business partners to ensure proper study setup and cross functional alignment for integrated payments.Facilitate data collection to provide metrics on a designated basis to management; identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce cycle time, create savings, and improve efficiency.Provide specialized support to CCS and study team colleagues with complex payment system issue resolution and guidance as needed.Act as regional lead point of contact for payment system issues related to payments; assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new payment system enhancements.Collect fully executed agreements for all sites participating in each country and populate site-specific payment system visit templates where applicable.Track and maintain status of issues, study alignments, and site-specific fully executed agreements in the designated tracking system; attend ad hoc meetings to review and resolve issues.Serve as a key liaison with management on staff performance and development; facilitate clear and consistent communications; identify and implement process improvements; drive accountability and results.Onboard and train new staff; meet regularly with team members to ensure studies are properly supported and address issues and potential solutions; mentor and guide teams on processes and procedures.May include people management responsibility, including performance and development.Experience And Skills
Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or related field is preferred.5+ years’ experience and/or equivalent competencies in pharmaceutical/clinical research industry.Working knowledge of the clinical development process with at least 3 years of payments/pricing/budgeting/contracting related experience.Excellent communication skills (oral and written); familiarity with healthcare compliance and guidance (HIPAA, FCPA, Safe Harbor, etc.).Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams; strong analytical and problem resolution skills.Working knowledge of PCs (MS Office) and database management; experience with Medidata CTMS and Medidata RAVE is strongly preferred.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently; experience with virtual teams; previous people management experience preferred.For more information on how we support the whole health of our employees, please visit www.careers.jnj.com.Equal Opportunity Employer:
