We are seeking an experienced CNI Monitoring SME to provide deep technical expertise on enterprise monitoring solutions such as BMC, BHOM, and TSOM. The successful candidate will play a key role in upgrading existing monitoring capabilities and onboarding new strategic services. This role requires hands-on experience in configuring, managing, and supporting monitoring infrastructure, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring high service availability within a hybrid working environment. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of expertise for enterprise monitoring solutions. Configure, maintain, and administer BMC monitoring tools and related integrations. Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot alerts and events generated by BMC systems to ensure optimal performance.
