Internal Sales Account Manager
My well established Distribution client are going through a period of growth and looking for Internal Sales Account Managers to join their team on a full time and permanent basis. Duties include:- Develop and manage existing customer relationships to retain and grow business Identify and pursue new business opportunities Promote new product ranges and help customers find the best solutions Handle inbound customer enquiries Deal with customer complaints or issues, logging on CRM and escalating where necessary Process orders and update customer records Support the sales team with administration Prepare and deliver sales proposals tailored to meet client needs. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that align with sales goals. Key Skills:- Essential you have a background in sales, internal sales or account management Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to build relationships at all levels Proven track record in meeting / exceeding sales targets Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously. IT skills - MS Office Suite and familiar with CRM systems A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential.
