We are passionate about the quality and provenance of our food. Our menu is Modern British and changes daily depending on what is fresh, seasonal and from the restaurants kitchen garden. We also place great importance on the quality of our team - it is only by working together that we achieve such success.We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie who shares our ethos and is eager to learn and progress. Your role would be key and would involve running a section, menu planning, innovation, the creating of new dishes, as well as food preparation.
This is an exciting opportunity for a professional, hardworking and ambitious chef to gain experience and progress. A passion for fresh food, local produce and quality is essential.
