You ll be the go to support for the HSEQ team, keeping everything running smoothly through organised, proactive admin. You ll also play a key part in sharing essential HSEQ information with enabling functions and account teams, helping everyone stay aligned and informed. This is a full-time permanent role and involves a mix of office and home working. What will your day look like • Coordinating the annual audit schedule, including facility and supplier audits carried out by the HSEQ team. • Managing key HSEQ systems as a superuser, including Depotnet for incident management and Workrite for DSE assessments. • Completing COSHH assessments on Sypol and supporting accounts with accurate, compliant documentation. • Producing weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports such as flash reports, dashboards, overdue actions, and incident summaries. • Supporting governance activities, including Management Review preparation, VFL scheduling, and BSI assessment coordination. • Assisting with external submissions and accredita
