You will be working across women''s accessories and will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You''ll work directly with fashion forward customers and global factories to bring innovative concepts to life, from initial sketch to final product.This role is based in London and offers hybrid working with one day from home.Main Responsibilities will include:Partner with the wider design team to conceptualise and develop collections of ladies accessories..Stay ahead of trends through regular market research and competitor analysis, translating insights into commercially viable designs.Produce precise technical drawings and detailed design specs to support the manufacturing process.Collaborate closely with overseas factories, ensuring high-quality production and on-time deliveries.Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their brand identity and tailoring designs to their specific needs.Maintain expert knowledge of materials, components, and construction methods relevant to accessory design.Person Specification:Experience in accessories design, with a portfolio that highlights strong work.Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design tools.Excellent communicator, confident in working with both internal teams and external partners.Proven experience liaising with overseas suppliers and managing production processes.Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Seniority level
