Driving Licence Requirement

For our Birmingham office, you must have a full driving licence or be currently learning to drive with a driving test booked.

What You''ll Do

As a Recruitment Consultant, you''ll:

• Interview and assess candidates
• Build strong candidate relationships
• Develop relationships with schools and clients
• Source and attract candidates
• Manage your own recruitment desk
• Work towards weekly and monthly KPIs
• Build your sales and negotiation skills
• Develop new business opportunities
• Manage and grow client relationships
• Work in a competitive, target-driven environment
• Receive daily coaching and development

You''ll have the training and support to develop - but your ambition and performance will determine how far you progress.
