Futures are looking for an experienced and hands-on Projects Team Manager to lead a small but highly skilled projects team responsible for delivering bespoke, high-value, low-volume manufacturing projects from initial concept through to final installation.This is a pivotal leadership role that combines project management, people management, customer engagement, and operational oversight.
