Albion Search are currently working with a highly regarded contractor to appoint a Site Manager to oversee the Finishing/Internals on a multi-room accommodation scheme in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will have proven experience on PBSA/BTR/Hotels and be able to commit until the end of August as a minimum. Roles and Responsibilities Manage the internals package Ensure the Finishing is to a high quality Prepare units/areas for client handover Report to the Project Manager with progress updates Manage trades and sub-contractors Oversight of snagging processes Ensuring snags are rectified HandS You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, along with the above relevant experience.
