Brief role description The Salesforce Administrator (Mid-Level) will work closely with the Salesforce Manager, providing guidance to stakeholders and contributing to the ongoing evolution of our CRM. A key part of this role is educating users and sharing best practices, helping colleagues understand how Salesforce works, what good looks like and how to get the most out of the platform.
