Pub Managers needed across ondon

We have a hospitality client who have various pubs and pubs across London that require experienced Managers to run their venues.

Ideally you’ll have experience managing pubs and a creative mind to help deliver a great service. 

Duties 

• Manage and oversee the venue operation
• Deliver superior guest experiences
• Plan and develop overall strategy
• Entrepreneurial drive with a clear understanding of the current market
• Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sale
• Control costs and minimise waste
• Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions when required

Required Skills

• Three years minimum of management experience
• Experience in General management of pubs
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
• Critical thinker and problem solver
• Good Financial management skills
