That starts with talent.We''re looking for someone to lead and evolve our talent strategy, connecting people to purpose and building the infrastructure that helps every hire succeed.To build a talent system that grows with the businessTo connect people planning with business priorities before the gaps appearTo improve the experience for every candidate and every hiring managerTo help us attract, retain and develop the talent that will shape AVK''s next chapterDesign and lead the full talent lifecycle from attraction and acquisition to onboarding, internal mobility and early careersATS workflows, talent processes, hiring toolkits and clear, insight-led reportingPartner with leaders, coaching hiring managers on role clarity, team structure, succession and sound decision-makingLead early careers, designing structured programmes for graduates, apprentices and interns in collaboration with our AVK AcademyShape our employer brand and EVP, ensuring we show up clearly and consistently with a focus on inclusive attractionEmbed a coaching mindset, working with LandD to structure executive coaching and leadership developmentYou''ll be supported by, and work closely with, People Ops, LandD, People Partners and Culture and Comms.Our projects are expanding into new sectors, markets and regions.
