to join a growing team and take ownership of paid advertising, email marketing, and campaign reporting.Responsibilities
Paid Media Management : Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, social platforms, and other digital channels.Email Marketing : Build and manage targeted email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.Analytics and Reporting : Monitor performance using GA4, Looker Studio, and Clarity, delivering actionable insights to improve ROI.Technical Implementation : Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to manage tracking via Google Tag Manager and implement HTML-based email templates and landing pages.SEO and Competitor Analysis : Use tools like Semrush to support organic growth and competitive benchmarking.Your Toolkit
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)Google Tag ManagerLooker StudioMicrosoft ClaritySemrushHTML/CSS (basic to intermediate)What We’re Looking For
2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally in a performance-focused role.Strong understanding of paid media channels and email marketing best practices.Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and data visualisation.Comfortable working with tracking tags, pixels, and basic HTML.Proactive, curious, and results-oriented.
