Location: Devizes

Salary: Up to £60,000 + life assurance  + company share save scheme + pension + 22 days holiday

Shift Pattern: 4on4off Days (6am – 6pm)

They are looking for an experienced Maintenance Team Leader who will lead a skilled engineering and operational team in maintaining and optimizing processing and packaging assets.

What You''ll Be Doing

As the Maintenance Team Leader This role offers practical leadership, technical challenge, and the opportunity to shape processes while developing your team’s expertise. Additionally, You’ll manage PPM and reactive maintenance, drive continuous improvement projects, and implement practical solutions to increase efficiency and performance.

• Identify and resolve electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, automation, and pneumatic faults.
• Lead teams during machinery changeovers and setups.
• Lead teams during machinery changeovers and setups.
• Drive continuous improvement and participate in failure investigations to enhance efficiency
• Support team development and technical competence.
• Ensure availability and efficiency of maintenance tools and equipment.
• Contribute to internal and external audits.
• Manage day-to-day HR activities for direct reports.

The ideal Maintenance Team Leader will need:

• Previous leadership experience in an automated environment
• Either a mechanical or electrical qualification
• A can do attitude
