QA Technician - Salary circa 36,000Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm (37.5 hours/week)Benefits: 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), salary sacrifice pension scheme A fantastic opportunity for an experienced QA Technician to step into a key position within a busy manufacturing environment. Acting as the right hand to the QA Manager, this role offers strong development potential with a view to succession over the coming years.We''re looking for someone with a solid manufacturing background, hands-on QA experience, and a proactive mindset to support quality assurance across all areas of production. Key Responsibilities:Conduct in-line and final product lab testing, ensuring compliance with GMP, BRC and internal quality standardsPlan and execute lab and RandD trials to support continuous improvementMaintain clear and accurate documentation for audits, customer queries, and internal investigationsSupport complaint investigations and product traceability through analytical testingAssist with NPI activities including documentation and First Article InspectionsOversee quality documentation, change control, and quarantine stockPrepare Certificates of Analysis (CoAs), manage calibration and MSAImplement and monitor Statistical Process Control (SPC) and support CAPA investigationsShared QA Duties:Contribute to routine testing and QA adminAssist with production label printing and document controlOrganise sample dispatches and support production paperwork managementWhat We''re Looking For:Deg
