1st Line Support Engineer

Role: 1st Line Support EngineerSalary: 25,000- 28,000 per annum + benefitsLocation: Northampton We are currently recruiting for a 1st Line Support Engineer for a large client of ours based in Northampton. You will be working in the 1st Line team and will be responsible for resolving tickets, ideally at first resolution. You will be a point of contact for the main Service Desk Team supporting the workshop, Field, 2nd line and 3rd line teams during day-to-day operation. Skills and experience requiredPrevious experience in an IT helpdesk support roleKnowledge and experience of various IT systemsExperience with Microsoft systems/applications (Windows 10, MS Office, O365 Windows Server etc)Experience in setting up and supporting of mobile devicesExperience of working with AzurePrevious experience working within IT Service environments.
