Roles available: • Permanent 40 hours per week (Guaranteed hours) • £16.00 per hour • Rated a superb 10 / 10 by CareHome Shift Pattern: • 40 hours per week between 7:00am - 8pm (Own transport Essential due to lack of public transport) • 40 hours is 5 x 8 hour shifts. • Alternative Weekends off. • No Late Nights. Key Duties and Responsibilities: • Plan and prepare daily menus that meet the nutritional needs and preferences of our residents. • Prepare meals that are appetising, visually appealing and within budget. • Maintain accurate records of food orders and inventory. • Ensure that all food is stored, prepared, and served in a safe and hygienic manner. • Train and supervise kitchen staff in food preparation and service. Skills and Attributes: • Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality setting. • Knowledge of nutrition and the ability to develop menus that meet dietary requirements. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • ..... full job details .....
