This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals who thrive in fast-paced settings and have a strong understanding of employment law and best practice. DescriptionManage approximately 50 live ER cases at any given time, including disciplinary, absence management, grievance, probation, and performance management.Provide guidance to managers via phone and online - no requirement to attend hearings.Use a case management system to track and progress cases (experience with Business Workflow or similar systems required).Ensure compliance with current employment legislation and organisational policies. ProfileProven experience handling high-volume ER cases in a shared services environment.Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER best practice.Proficiency in using case management systems.Excellent communication skills and ability to manage cases remotely.
