DescriptionManage approximately 50 live ER cases at any given time, including disciplinary, absence management, grievance, probation, and performance management.Provide guidance to managers via phone and online - no requirement to attend hearings.Use a case management system to track and progress cases (experience with Business Workflow or similar systems required).Ensure compliance with current employment legislation and organisational policies. ProfileProven experience handling high-volume ER cases in a shared services environment.Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER best practice.Proficiency in using case management systems.Excellent communication skills and ability to manage cases remotely.
