Job description: Our client is currently looking to recruit an Electromechanical Engineer to work at their busy food production site on the outskirts of Saffron Walden (CB10). This is a busy and expanding manufacturing plant, and due to the nature of the work required, you will be expected to undertake physical tasks in a dusty environment on a regular basis. Salary. 40,000 - 50,000 p/a, subject to experience. Duties: Drive efficient and effective PPM schedules. Identify and undertake improvements to the site in a proactive fashion. Swiftly solve unplanned downtime and breakdowns. Operate welding equipment for general maintenance and reactive repairs. Liaise with all members of the site management team. Skills and Experience: Electrical or Mechanical Engineering experience. (required) Working knowledge of PPM systems. (required) Automated Manufacturing Experience (required) FMCG - Food Experience.
