Senior Audio Visual Business Development Manager
My client is a leading provider of Audio Visual Integration and Smart Building technologies across the Corporate, Commercial and High-End Residential markets. Specialising in the end-to-end integration of Audio Visual and Video Conferencing systems. They are actively growing their sales department and are seeking a "big hitter" to join the team and maximise their earning potential. Key Responsibilities:Identify, engage, and win new business opportunities within key verticals such as: Corporate, Commercial, Residential and Hospitality.Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders including contractors, consultants, and end-usersWork closely with the internal technical and design teams to deliver tailored AV solutionsMaintain a healthy pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales targetsRepresent the company at industry shows and networking events. RequirementsProven track record in AV solution sales, ideally within a similar systems integrator environmentStrong network and understanding of the AV industry, commercial contracts, and market trendsExperience selling to end-users and contractorsA proactive sales approach with excellent communication and presentation skillsConfidence managing longer sales cycles and complex technical projectsFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel What''s in It for You? 80k base salary + commission OTE 120kChance to be part of a focused and goal driven teamWork alongside next generation panel building and design technology and so
