This role provides security assurance direction across major programmes and business functions-including Data Analytics and IT-while also supporting a variety of smaller projects and workstreams.You will ensure that the technical, procedural, and physical controls used to protect organisational data are robust, appropriate, and compliant with all relevant government and legislative requirements. The position involves close collaboration with multiple security teams and business units to consolidate information and support wider operational functions.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide project-level CandIA guidance, helping define security requirements and appropriate information security controls.Conduct security audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence to Government Security Classifications, laws, standards, and regulations.Deliver expert advice on IT security, staying current with developments in network, application, and communications security, as well as emerging technologies.Collaborate with Cyber Operations, Physical Security, Personnel Security, and other stakeholders to reduce organisational risk.Offer formal technical security
