Managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and surrounds
Role involves tenants relations, property maintenance, compliance, inspections
Day to day administration of a varied property portfolio
Build positive relationships with tenants, landlords, contractors and managing agents
Obtain and maintain all tenancy and legal documentation
Carry out inventories, interim inspections and check outs
Property management experience preferable
FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE ESSENTIAL
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
