Empty Homes Coordinator - Up to 18 month FTC£29,015 per annumChelmsfordFull TimeTemporaryWe are looking for an Empty Homes Coordinator to provide comprehensive end to end coordination and oversight of the voids service, ensuring Supervisors are effectively supported to deliver timely, compliant repairs and re-let empty properties efficiently.
