The successful candidate will initially work on a temporary basis, with the view of securing a permanent position within the school for the right fit.The RoleAs a Cover Supervisor, you''ll play an important role in maintaining continuity in students'' learning when their usual teacher is absent.Your responsibilities will include: Supervising classes across a range of subjects using pre-prepared lesson materials.Maintaining a positive, productive and inclusive learning environment.Managing classroom behaviour confidently and effectively.Keeping students engaged, focused and on task throughout lessons.Supporting students with their learning where appropriate.Providing feedback and a brief handover to teaching staff at the end of each lesson.
