Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.Duties and Responsibilities: Supporting your section to deliver consistently high-quality dishes.Preparing ingredients and assisting with mise en place and service.Working closely with senior chefs to learn and develop.Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.Helping to keep service smooth, efficient and professional.Contributing to stock control, prep and organisation.
