Investigate and resolve discrepancies between invoices, reconciled plans and POs through effective collaboration with internal teams and external agencies. Process goods receipts for marketing POs against reconciled media plans and budgets, ensuring alignment within the team and vendor expectations. Raise and manage all POs for the Publicity department in the UK and Ireland, ensuring they are created in advance of publicity activities and services being provided.
