The Role: Working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, providing comprehensive administrative support to Axis CLC s HR function. Responsible for delivering all aspects of HR administration in a timely, efficient, effective, and accurate manner, while maintaining a high standard of service and attention to detail. Responsibilities: Efficiently manage all HR administration matters across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and induction through to leaver processes. Accurately create and maintain employee records within the HR database, ensuring information is complete, accurate, and up to date. Prepare and issue offer letters and contracts of employment via Adobe Sign, ensuring all contracts are sent on time Produce and process contractual documentation, including contract changes, variation and leaver letters, employment references, and other HR-related correspondence.
