Who We''re Looking For:

We seek a results-oriented leader with a strong technical foundation and an innate ability to inspire.

• A minimum of 5 years in an Engineering Management or senior leadership capacity within a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing setting.

• Profound understanding of complex mechanical, electrical, and control systems, including PLC programming, automation, and industrial robotics.
