Responsibilities

Preparing and reviewing Wills, Trusts, and Powers of AttorneyAssisting with Probate applications and administrationProviding day-to-day client support and responding to enquiriesDrafting letters, forms, and other legal documentsMaintaining accurate records and case filesSupporting solicitors with research and case managementRequirements

Paralegal qualification or equivalent experience in Private Client lawStrong knowledge of Wills, Probate, and Estate PlanningExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organised with attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in MS Office and legal case management systemsSeniority level
