The Role STEM TutorWork as a STEM Tutor supporting students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), including those with PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) profiles.Deliver 1:1 and small-group Maths and Science interventions.Adapt learning strategies to meet individual needs and promote engagement.Build positive relationships that encourage confidence, independence, and progress.Collaborate with specialist SEND staff, teachers, and families.
